Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Mubboo Flights processes, why we use it and what happens when you continue to a third-party travel provider.
1. Information we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- flight-search details you enter, such as airports, dates, passenger counts and cabin;
- country, approximate city and browser-language signals used to suggest a relevant market and language;
- a saved market, language, currency and origin-airport preference in a cookie or device storage;
- standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and requested pages;
- affiliate attribution identifiers and aggregated click or conversion reporting from partners;
- information you choose to send when contacting us.
2. Information we do not collect for flight booking
Mubboo does not process airline-ticket payments, card numbers, passport details or booking credentials. Those details are entered on the provider’s website under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- run and secure the site;
- localize market, language, currency and default departure choices;
- build the flight-search handoff requested by you;
- measure performance and affiliate attribution;
- respond to inquiries and comply with legal obligations;
- improve routes, destinations and language coverage using aggregated patterns.
4. Sharing and international processing
When you start a flight search, selected search details and affiliate attribution are sent to the flight-search provider so it can display results. Hosting, security and analytics suppliers may process limited data on our behalf.
Because Mubboo Flights serves users globally, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies and preferences
We use a small preference cookie or device storage to remember a selected market, language, currency and origin airport, and to avoid repeatedly overriding an explicit choice. Browser controls can remove or block these preferences.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, security, dispute resolution and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing. You may also clear saved preferences in your browser.
Send privacy requests to support@mubboo.flights. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
8. YouTube API Services and authorized data
Mubboo uses YouTube API Services in an internal publishing tool operated only for the owner-authorized Mubboo Flights channel. It may access the authorized channel identifier and basic channel details; upload video files; create or update video metadata, visibility, thumbnails, localizations and caption tracks; read video and caption status for verification; and create or verify a channel-authored comment. The tool is not available to general website visitors and does not access their viewing history, subscriptions, contacts or Google Account profile.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only in Windows Credential Manager for the authorized Windows user on an approved publishing workstation. They are not stored in the public website database, Git repository or publication receipts. Mubboo does not request, collect or store a Google or YouTube password. Non-secret operational receipts may retain provider video or caption identifiers, public URLs, requested publication state and verification timestamps to prevent duplicate uploads and document authorized actions.
An authorized user may ask us to delete YouTube API data stored by the tool by emailing support@mubboo.flights. We will delete that stored Authorized Data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. If authorization is revoked or can no longer be refreshed, we will delete associated API Data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days. Deleting data stored by Mubboo does not delete data held by YouTube; videos, comments or other data on YouTube must be managed through YouTube or another authorized client.
In addition to contacting us, an authorized user can revoke Mubboo’s access through Google’s security settings. Google’s own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
9. Children and changes
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We may update this policy as the service or applicable law changes.
