Most experiences use the booking platform’s standard cancellation policy, which allows free cancellation until 24 hours before the start time. Qualifying experiences are clearly marked “Free cancellation.” A small number have different deadlines or are non-refundable, so check the exact cancellation terms shown before booking.
On eligible experiences, you can secure your place without being charged right away. The scheduled payment date and cancellation deadline are shown before you book, so you can review the exact timing first.
Search and compare experiences on Mubboo, choose the one that suits your trip, then review the final price, cancellation terms, schedule and operator details in the secure checkout before paying. Checkout and payment are provided by our booking platform partner.
Most bookings are confirmed immediately, while some require confirmation from the operator and may take 12 to 48 hours. The booking platform sends the confirmation and a link to the voucher or ticket instructions by email. Follow the voucher information for your specific activity.
Open Manage My Booking from your the booking platform confirmation or contact the booking platform Customer Service. The available self-service options will be shown there. Changes and refunds depend on the activity’s cancellation policy and the operator’s availability.
