Which ticket to book first
The order follows what limits each date. The Neon Museum runs on fixed slots released 60 days ahead, the Mob Museum takes any open date, and the High Roller is the one ticket that cannot be refunded.
- Neon Museum first: pick your entry time as soon as your date shows. Nights sell out often, and a slot cannot be moved earlier.
- Mob Museum second: choose any open day. The ticket has a date but no entry time, and it is free to cancel until 24 hours ahead.
- High Roller last, once the other two days are fixed. It cannot be refunded, but it stays valid for three days from the date you pick.
- In summer, choose an evening Neon Museum slot: outdoor general admission stops above 105 degrees Fahrenheit and the museum closes above 110.

- A Neon Museum guest who arrives more than 15 minutes late can lose the slot.
- The Neon Museum releases dates 60 days ahead, so a trip further out may not show its date yet.

- High Roller: choose the daytime ticket for noon to five, or the anytime ticket, which also covers the later Friday, Saturday and Sunday rides.
