One-trip combo · PETRONAS, Aquaria KLCC and KL Tower, three separate admissions
PETRONAS, Aquaria KLCC and KL Tower: Three Separate Tickets
Find your Kuala Lumpur experience

Three tickets, three sets of rules

These three share one skyline but not one rulebook. Two of them sit inside KLCC; the third stands on its own hill. Each is bought and confirmed separately.
See PETRONAS admission options
| Option | Our verdict |
|---|---|
| PETRONAS Twin Towers | Timed admission to the Skybridge on the 41st floor and the viewing deck on the 86th. |
| Aquaria KLCC | An oceanarium on the concourse level of the Convention Centre, with a 90 metre underwater tunnel. |
| KL Tower | A separate hill tower on Bukit Nanas, sold as Sky Terrace or indoor deck options. |
Separate tickets, no multi-site pass
Nothing we sell covers these three at once. Each ticket admits you to one venue and is confirmed on its own, so the day is three purchases and three sets of conditions.
Good to know
- No Kuala Lumpur pass on our shelves covers PETRONAS, Aquaria KLCC and KL Tower together.
- The multi-venue products here are guided city tours that include entry, which is a different purchase from a ticket.
- KL Tower divides again: the Sky Terrace, the indoor observation deck and a combination of both are three options of one ticket. We sell the Sky Terrace and the combination.
- The reviewed Aquaria ticket is a weekday admission, so a public holiday date needs a different option.
The order the clocks allow
PETRONAS sets the day, because its ticket carries a chosen time and the rest do not. Everything else bends around that slot.
- Check the date before anything else. PETRONAS is shut on most Mondays and publishes its closed dates through December 2026.
- Buy the PETRONAS slot, then plan to be at the entry point 15 minutes before it. Every bag goes through a security scanner.
- Come down into KLCC Park afterwards, then cross the precinct to the Convention Centre concourse for Aquaria KLCC.
- Aim Aquaria at a feeding session. The underwater Living Ocean tunnel is fed at 12:30pm and 3:30pm, and last entry is 7pm.
- Add KL Tower on the same day only when the PETRONAS slot is an early one. Bukit Nanas is a separate hill, not a KLCC walk.
- Keep a fourth timed venue out of this day. Two fixed clocks and three final sale tickets are already enough to juggle.
Opening days and the closures that empty a plan
Read the Monday rule first. It is the one closure that turns a booked day into a wasted one, and it changes with the week of the month.
Good to know
- The published closure list includes 5 and 19 October, 2 and 16 November, and 7 and 21 December 2026.
- Visitors under 12 must be with a parent, a guardian or another adult throughout the tower visit.
- Check the KL Tower date and the weather before paying. That admission is for an open deck and all sales are final.
| Opens | Closes | Closed or restricted | |
|---|---|---|---|
| PETRONAS, Tuesday to Sunday | 9am, and on public holidays | 10:30pm, last admission 9:30pm | Open right through Friday prayers |
| PETRONAS on a Monday | 9am, but only some Mondays | 8pm, last admission 7pm | Only the 2nd, 4th and 5th Monday of the month |
| Aquaria KLCC | 10am, every day | 8pm, last entry 7pm | The reviewed ticket excludes public holidays |
What each ticket admits you to
Three admissions, three shapes. The rates below are each venue’s own published adult rate, read on the check date, and none of them is converted here.

Good to know
- PETRONAS normal admission for a non-Malaysian adult aged 13 to 60 is published at RM 127 on a weekday and RM 137 at the weekend.
- Aquaria KLCC general admission is published from RM 82 for a non-Malaysian and from RM 56 for a MyKad holder.
- All three reviewed tickets are final sale, which makes the date the one decision you cannot undo.
| Admits you to | Our reviewed option | Cancellation | |
|---|---|---|---|
| PETRONAS Twin Towers | Skybridge on level 41 and the viewing deck on level 86 | Timed electronic admission | All sales final |
| Aquaria KLCC | The oceanarium and its 90 metre underwater tunnel | Weekday admission | All sales final |
| KL Tower | The open Sky Terrace deck, or the Sky Terrace and the indoor deck together | Foreign visitor Sky Terrace admission, or the Sky Terrace and Observation Deck combo | All sales final |
Check these before you pay
Every ticket here is final sale, so the checking happens before payment rather than after it.
- Set the visit date, then confirm PETRONAS opens on it. Most Mondays of the month it does not.
- Choose the PETRONAS time and count back 15 minutes, which is when you are expected at the entry point.
- Confirm the date is a weekday before adding the reviewed Aquaria ticket.
- Pack light. Every bag and personal item goes through a security scanner at the towers.
- Carry the vouchers offline, and expect no eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking during the tower visit.
Good to know
- Aquaria feeds a sand tiger shark at the Aquatheatre at 3pm on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday only.
- Two of those three days are weekdays, which is exactly what the reviewed Aquaria ticket covers.
- A KL Tower ticket bought for a grey day is still valid, and still final sale.
The stops that want their own trip
Three good Kuala Lumpur visits do not belong in this day. They sit on other hills and other rail lines, and squeezing them in costs you the KLCC stops.
Good to know
- Batu Caves is in Gombak, Selangor, 272 steps up to the main cave and a five minute walk from its Komuter station.
- The reviewed Batu Caves trip includes Kuala Lumpur pickup and can be cancelled; confirm the pickup point and the dress requirements.
- Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia opens 9:30am to 6pm daily, closes only for the two Hari Raya, and charges RM 20 for an adult.
- KL Bird Park, its Lake Gardens neighbour, holds more than 3,000 birds of roughly 200 species.

Questions people ask
Is there one ticket for all three?
No. PETRONAS Twin Towers, Aquaria KLCC and KL Tower are three separate admissions, each bought and confirmed on its own.
Which one should I book first?
PETRONAS, because its admission carries a chosen time. The other two are placed around that slot.
Is PETRONAS open on a Monday?
Only on the second, fourth and fifth Monday of the month, from 9am to 8pm with last admission at 7pm.
Can I cancel any of these three tickets?
No. All three reviewed options are marked final sale, so settle the date before you pay.
Does the reviewed Aquaria ticket work on a public holiday?
No. It is a weekday admission, and a public holiday date needs a different option.
Can I add Batu Caves to this day?
Not sensibly. It sits out in Gombak, Selangor, up 272 steps, and earns a morning of its own.
